Refund Policy for Amaldi Exclusivo

At Amaldi Exclusivo, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality luxury clothing and exceptional customer service. We understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations, and we are happy to offer a refund or exchange in certain circumstances.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 10 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item(s) must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and labels attached.

To initiate a return, please contact us at amaldi.exclusivo@gmail.com and include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the item(s) to us.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return policy requirements. If approved, we will process a refund to your original form of payment within 7-10 business days.

Please note that we do not refund shipping charges or any customs, duties, or taxes paid on international orders. The shipping will be supported by the costumer.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us at amaldi.exclusivo@gmail.com and include your order number, the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) to us and process the exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at amaldi.exclusivo@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) to us and process a refund or exchange.

Final Sale Items

Please note that final sale items, including but not limited to, items purchased during a sale, clearance items, and customized or personalized items, are not eligible for return or exchange.
